Zine Reviews

“Our mission: To raise awareness about both local interest events and people in the art community, connecting locals with each other by common interest” is not successful in this zine so far.  The goal: noble and positive, yet untreated. And this is not to say that it is a bad zine, not in any sense.  It’s just that the direction, for the most part, strays from what the suggested mission is.  There is only one section that talks about local art/entertainment, but that is all.  The comic at the end however, did really leave me wanting more.  Quite the cliffhanger.  I am looking forward to seeing what else these folks come out with in the next issue, but hopefully with more direction.
